Open Mind Zen is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt religious corporation, and donations of cash or goods are fully deductible. We are entirely supported via donations, and greatly appreciate whatever you are able to contribute. As Dana Paramita, or the Perfection of Giving, has been a part of Buddhism for thousands of years, donations are recognized as a practice for both the person giving and the one receiving.

Donations made via Paypal can be made using the buttons below. Members donate $60 per month and Students $95 per month. Donations of any amount can be made by clicking on the button on the lower right under “Donate Any Amount”. Donations via Paypal can be done one at a time or as a subscription. Subscriptions can be ended whenever you like and run for 30 months before they have to be renewed. Members and students, please pay at the beginning of the month for accounting purposes. If you are making a donation in the middle of the month make a partial payment and then begin around the 1st of the following month.

We are also happy to receive cars, boats or any other items that you wish to donate. The IRS has determined that tangible property can be deducted at fair market value.
